High Touch Jin Shin Acupressure is a healing art of over 7000 years old from Japan, which derives from the ancient origins of Oriental medicine. It was first recorded in 712 AD in what is known as "The Record of Ancient Things".
It is thought to be the precursor to acupuncture.
It is gentle and non-invasive, suitable for all ages including children and all degrees of health and physical abilities.
When used on oneself, Jin Shin is called "The Art to Know and Heal Myself". When used on others, it is known as "The Art of the Compassionate Being".
This beautiful treatment is safe enough for beginners, and you may be pleasantly surprised by its simplicity and effectiveness. Its theoretical framework is the Chinese 5-Element system, ie Earth, Metal, Wood, Water and Fire. Hi Touch Jin Shin works at all levels, the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
